01. SHIPPING
Q: Do you offer international shipping ?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You can check the estimated shipping time and cost at checkout. In addition, please note that we do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, North Korea and Syria due to legal restrictions.
Q: How can I track my order ?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your shipments progress.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order ?

A: Orders are processed and printed within 2-7 business days. After fulfilment, shipping typically takes 3-8 business days if located in the USA, 4-9 business days if located in Europe and 10-20 business days if located internationally.

Please note that holidays or unforeseen delays may affect these timeframes.
02. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since our products are custom-made to order for now, we do not accepts returns or exchanges unless the item is defective damaged, or there's a printing error. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Q. I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for wrong sizes as each item is custom-made for now. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives defective or damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at prodigygarms@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
03. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Q: What materials are your products made from?

A: Our clothing is made with high-quality fabrics such as cotton, polyester, or blends depending on the product. You can find detailed material information on each product page.
How should I care for my clothing?
A: To ensure your clothing lasts, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang top dry
- Do not iron directly on the printed design
04. ORDERING
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after its been placed?

A: Orders go into production shortly after they're placed. if you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at prodigygarms@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your requests.

Q: Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

A: Yes! If you're interested in bulk orders or custom designs, please email us at at prodigygarms@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist.

05. OTHER QUESTIONS
Q: Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?

A: If you ordered multiple items, they might be shipped separately due to being fulfilled at different Printiful facilities. Don't worry - tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

Q: Will I have to pay customs or additional fees?

A: Depending on your location, international orders may incur customs fees or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local customs office for more information.
